Well there's many of us who can't buy or add here because we have a Fidelity account only and Fidelity will not allow buying stocks with a Stop sign on it, so I look at this stock as basically free money because no one truly knows how many investors have a Fidelity account and want to buy but have to wait till the stop sign comes off, or this goes to a yield sign before they can purchase shares in PCTL
