I'll correct myself to say i was wrong. The "corporate address" is at Pak Mail, its a private place to have mail received. A little more digging shows why they would pick this place, its just unconventional.

No different than having a P.O. Box, except it looks better having a street address listed.

Probably a common tactic on pinky stocks
