Litigation hasn't created value for UAMA.
Look at the record. Patent litigation has got NOTHING in three (3) years. CCAA Proceedings have GUTTED the enterprise with facilities and employees gone and only a shell left. Even key executives like Sandeep Panesar have DEPARTED and even though "material information" never divulged in Pink Disclosure documents. Toronto law firm of Singh LaMarche has filed suit for unpaid legal fees. Word on street is more suits coming.
