Yeah Axel, 300 Million shares authorized but not yet SOLD is a hell of a lot. Need a 3 Billion Dollar market cap to get a $10 PPS.

The continuing share dilution is probably necessary to stay alive, and we all want that. But we have to acknowledge, the pairing with EAGLE PHARMACEUTICAL just placed us at (more or less) at 132 Million shares. For only a $10 market cap, we nees a $13.2 PPS.

I think it's very possible, BUT.... thats a hell of a threshold to reach for a company who is comprised of just a couple of Manhattan offices. Incredible actually.

Only thing we have out there is our Intellectual Properties, a couple of work stations and janitorial supplies.

Our success to date is incredible. For the future, chancy.
