I think, I do not know for sure from being investor from 2009

that court events will move this stock sooner than election.

that Cat man do nothing will only act after settlement because he has been told by Mnuchin don't say anything too nice until we settle this mess and that is why he continues to double speak.

so it's courts or gov't to move this stock at this point. News of action from either is the waiting game.
