I just got off call with Mr. Umbra. As usual he was very courteous and generous with his time. I don’t have a lot of time so here it is. I asked about the website and he was aware of it. He said the website is NOT there’s and they were addressing the issue. I mentioned a few paths of recourse and he said he could not discuss anything beyond confirming that the site was not there’s.
I asked about many things and for the most part he was much more tight lipped about there plans and what was going on behind the scenes. I asked about UCIX and he said “that he was not at liberty to discuss that at this time” (like talking to the government about Iran). It was the most guarded he has ever been with me of any conversation. He is usually much more engaging but he didn’t want to give me anything it seemed.
I did ask about financials and if he was intending to walk away from UATG. His response was “I have no intention of walking away, as you put it, from any company. I have spent 8 years building and fixing Group and me walking away from it will never happen” (“companies”? there’s more than one? How many? - I think that might have been a slip or maybe I am reading into it). He almost seemed insulted so I apologized but told him that he needs to understand why I had to ask. Things don’t look great and in the pink sheets I must assume the worst. He said he completely understood and regrets not being able to be more transparent and he understands that some shareholders are upset right now. He said that unfortunately his hands are tied right now and he can’t get into specifics yet. I asked when he could get into specifics and he said he could not comment on time frames which makes sense. As for financials, He said he could not comment on that either. I am not sure what to make of that response yet. Still processing everything he said which to be honest wasn’t much. Again, very tight lipped.
I asked about when he thought we might start to see signs of the company’s plans and he said he couldn’t comment on timelines. It was worth a shot! He did say that unfortunately some things have gone “live” prematurely which was a mistake in coordination among different groups and that he was not thrilled about this issue but he felt it would not ultimately affect their ability to proceed. This tells me that quite a few people or groups are working on whatever they are working on and that they are “proceeding” with something. This all tracts with what my suspicions have been.
I won’t go into anymore of the conversation as it will just be fodder for those looking to bash but I will say that after this conversation I am even more convinced that my previous assumptions were correct and that the company is executing on something sensitive and big right now- something that he’s worried about keeping quiet until they are ready to announce. IMO.
The guy is very sincere and I don’t see this guy “walking away” nor giving up control. In his mind he has a goal and is building something. Whether he is correct and can do it can be up for debate but he’s no crook looking to cash out. Its much deeper than that for him and that’s what I have always felt. I just hope he really has a complete plan and can pull it off. My money is still on him and his intentions but he MUST align his intentions with accurate timelines and real action. Hopefully he really has a plan and has everything under control. For me, the call was reassuring which is why I called. For others here it will be just another excuse to complain and spin but that’s life here unfortunately.
Sorry about any type o's but I am beyond busty at work. Cant wait for this day to be over!
