History does matter as it shows the capabilities of leadership. BLSP leadership has not shown any popencity for execution, innovation, Honesty, team building, financial acumen, etc. In general BLSP took a old idea retreaded it and brought it to a new group of investors. The only real quality they have shown is their ability to sell a bad business plan (See Honesty issue above). They sold a pile of organic by-products!

Every BLSP project failed and they continued to stay the course???? Insanity? Normally the answer is yes, and for the shareholders who invested recently and those that continue to invest, well it is a lottery play,as there is NO underlying business reason to invest in this POS. EVERYTHING they have have touched has turned into POOP.

Do they have a path forward, Of COURSE NOT. They are broke, huge debt, NO INVESTORS, Creditors that are closing in, and a failed business plan. IE NO VALUE in this junk OTC.

Is this my opinion, NO, all facts.
