This is one of the strongest moves I have seen for a stock like this

At the end of June this stock was in low trips, over the past 6 months is has methodically and slowly moved up and consolidated now holding 10x gains from June.

From Mid August to Mid November it bounced between .0015ish to .003 as resistance. Now we have had about 6 weeks where .003ish has become support.

You do not see these type of moves from trips, it is a true stair stepping stock building strong support at multiple levels on the way up. This will provide the needed "coil" for it to make an explosive run with potential of reaching .10
