There been several that criticize the fact of Jay Williams in involvement with outside interest like the Austin Forum, Cloud 9, and the Williams foundation.
I don't know about any one else but his work in the two former tells me that he is a man that gives a darn not only for self interest but interest of the community.
IMHO a man like that doesn't join a small company like QMC just to draw a paycheck.
I believe he joined because he believes QMC has something offer the world to make it a better place.
