They have not filed in over 10 years. It is going too be tough too find any information on it when that amount of time lapses. What we know so far is Friday this was a gray sheet stock. Monday morning they went PINK current (Pink No Information). Which means someone paid too bring this out of grays. A couple things that need too be done is getting the Bankruptcy lifted off OTCM and start filing which I assume it will be soon in order to get rid of (Delinquent SEC Reporting).. Because again, this type of thing is not done for nothing. With that said, no one knows what's what yet so it is a lotto play. I am taking a chance on it. I give it a 50/50 shot this can turn into something big because they way it is trading, it's showing the O/S is still really low IMO.. We won't officially know that until they start too file tho, but it's swinging around like a low floater, which means when news does hit whenever that'll be, this can go silver, fast.

IMO we have a few weeks too find out. Then again, can happen tomorrow. Since no one knows anything yet it's just a waiting game. Good luck, have a good night.
