Plan B should be in place just in case . Coin flip here . Even if news is good PPS could head south being that a unknown ruling is at least six (FNMA) months off . Other case one can expect another six month extension granted . Probably best to sell to be safe and come back if you crave PPS punishment that much after the dust settles .
