I was wondering if possibly, STZ may buy acreage holdings.
Then when CGC exercises warrants to purchase ACRGF, STZ would then have the ACRGF shares it owns convert to CGC. pushing it into ownership. and Above the 50%.

Could this lower the cost to purchase
