According to Ano, both can be good and/or bad, I guess it's up to each of us to decide.

Scotus takes it, will wait 6 month for a verdict.

Scotus doesn't take it, back to lower court and will possibly force both sides to settle, otherwise, trial and appeals will drag for another 2 years.
