Hi (name deleted), thanks for your email. Our company, Green Leaf Medical, LLC is not affiliated with Green Leaf Innovations or Green Leaf Apothecaries and I have never had contact with anyone at either of those companies. We are a privately held cannabis company with cultivation, extraction and retail dispensary licenses throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Virginia. We operate profitably and anticipate listing on the CSE and OTC in 2020. We have raised $27 million through the sale of equity and another $33 million through sale/leaseback transactions on the properties we own. We are currently raising capital through a $10 million raise which I expect to close in the next 3 weeks. We have audited financials for 2017/2018 and will audit 2019 shortly. I have attached our Investor Deck in the event you or other accredited investors on IHUB have any interest in our company/offering.
