The few million shares that they have sold to raise operating capital were sold at the old $.0032 which is now $.48. They have been very good about not diluting existing share holders.
Currently shares can be bought for below the $.48 mark. I doubt that will last long.
The tax loss sellers should start showing back up soon depending on when they sold.
