Stock trading manipulation fraud has to be reported to FINRA, example had an order in to buy more shares at $0.027 today,and the corrupt MM SOB's worked around my open buy order to fill at a lower bid, most likely as a way to try and manipulate price and get others to sell out, and they get a fill, total BS when corrupted MM's only trade back and forth with other MM's and themselves to manipulate price and paint the chart.
