I consult in the LA cannabis scene. Right now, regulation is killing the industry and forcing people to buy on the black market to avoid the absurd taxes. The regulations have also killed the incredible product variety that was available price to recreational legalization.

Dispensaries that are not massive chains like MedMen or Cookies are looking for a way to set themselves apart. One of the dispensaries I work with is looking for a publicly traded partner. The shop is small but has a preICO license and also has a separate, stand alone CBD shop. After opening the CBD location, the dispensary is strapped for cash and they do not want to spend money on acquiring a public listing.

This would be an amazing opportunity for WOFA to merge with said dispensary. The dispensary is valued at $10mm.
