Appears that the A/S will be increasing to 6.5 Bil suggested...

Good that they are staging more shares for the merger to happen... as it should be. So do not be surprised. It will increase, but this does not mean dilution, it means more restricted can be issued to settle the merger or prevent a take over.

Total buy sign now... this is merging with another soon. In fact increasing the A/S will help Anti-Takeover tactics since this will protect the company from being bought out too cheaply... and currently it is too cheap to own imo... lol
