I just stumbled on to this board. I have no skin in this company.

You seem to be of sound mind. - so - I have one question; Does the Share Structure of this company bother you at all?

At first glance - It seems to be very high-risk and a RS waiting to happen! - IMO

Not bashing - Just an observation- at first glance !
