You want to know based on the market cap. We are overbought by roughly 200-250mln meaning we are well above previous highs of 25 dollars

At closing price of today's $2.29 we are roughly at $0.19 pre R/S from 2019.

To make an example, if you had purchased shares of FCEL back in 2017, let's say at $2.00, you would need the current price to get to $24 in order to break even.

I am not sure where that $25 comes from.
