Texas Pacific is the only pure-play minerals stock that offers investors full exposure to the most profitable business segments across the entire Permian value chain, Whitfield tells investors in a research note. The analyst also believes the company offers "peer-leading exposure" to the Texas Delaware and Midland with its royalty acres. He says Texas Pacific Land is the best single exchange traded fund to own for Permian exposure.
