Well regardless of whats happening. I did some research on the company. Overall solid and with a patent, working emails, current OTC QB name change in progress and news and Prs dropped. Phone number, website and location all accurate. Float is still a slight mystery but it is very thin. This could move very well into the multi Penny range if the accumulation is good. Slight dilution but i dont see it being to much of an issue if there is volume
