One of the human being's problems is about being immediatist. Everything is for yesterday. Sugarmade could work this patiently and get to their goal without the necessity of a R/S, consequently screwing up their shareholders whom have been supporting them since the beginning.

In addition, I don't see the extreme necessity to up list to NASDAQ. This is more to satisfy the ego. They could do this in steps, by becoming SEC reporting, then OTCQB, and so on.
