No we don't. Would be nice, but the only ones who "need" it this week are flippers. I have lots of time and am long on this one. Let it go down. Fine with me I'll buy more. We are less than 3 weeks into this since the announcement. Takes time. If you don't have time, cut and run. The LOI is good so why rush. IMO
