I agree that by end of month something must be communicated to share holders or this will take a serious beating in Feb.
Wouldn't be the first time a person with a good reputation was involved in a stock that didn't make it, or was just out to sell shares.
The jury is out till we hear from the man.
Not saying this one is not above board, but strange things can happen in the OTC world.
