I can buy a a Coke or Pepsi much cheaper as well, doesn’t mean it’s good for you or what the “current” beverage landscape wants.
It’s no different then coffee really ... you can make it at home and spend .34 cents a mug ... or go to Starbucks and Dunkin and pay $5 bucks ...
People will pay for what they want . If there are consumers looking to buy a healthier option then maybe they will pay a premium.
