LAM legitimacy thoughts(complete fraud)-Why on Earth after such a long time goes by would John enter into this settlement that comes out of the blue, it would have been aged debt.

Raises the next question why was there such a hurry out of the blue to enter into a settlement with these mysterious vendors (which the debt was sold to LAM), BEFORE the pump and then right after flood a bunch of fluff blatantly lying PRs with joint efforts from PlutusX to only lead to an eventual disappearing off the map after diluting 4b shares, then Plutus saying it "fell through" after no where in the PRs it said a buy-in was required. *Sloth said they would say that long before it happened.*

To dig deeper on that, IMO John covered the whole thing up by fabricating these AGED debts (why on Earth would you dig the grave out on aged debts God only knows) {unless there was an alternate motive} from these mysterious vendors from when he was involved with his old fraudulent cronies, they somehow sold those debts to LAM (LAM is a bonefied collection agency and bought the debt at a fraction of the 696k) which gave them enough operating capital to fund their startup including hiring a Lawyer, team, setting up MAM etc. They made it look legitimate but I highly question it because it points to fabricating the mysterious vendors debt that was sold LAM.

Thats not to mention all the shares the Plutus team loaded up prior to the pump just to dump to fund more of the PlutusX garbage. Thats another add on bonus to their fraud. LAM isnt the fraud, they are legit, John and PlutusX are fraud, its very very clear.

These mysterious vendors lacks legitimacy, its clear.

All these vendors would have each came and sued ADTM in court for these debts, instead John took it upon himself just to "call" these mysterious debtors to enter into a settlement.

Not fooling me, those are fake vendors and these clever scammers over at PlutusX were in on it, very clear. Then they sold the debt to LAM, loaded some shares, and dumped the shit on ADTM shareholders and ran with the money to start the next ticker CWIR.

Con artist scum bags, BOTH PlutusX and John B Con

LAM didnt sue for these debts, John took it upon himself to pay these mysterious vendors from aged debt and then sold it to LAM to pay for it. very clear

CWIR the next ADTM scam?

John was in money hurts and say ADTM as a way out, he pulled a 500k loan on his condo according to County ?Records (I have access to nationwide records) and also bought a 3/4th of a million house before this pump happened, so its apparent he has in money crunch so the motive is there.
