R/S have a bad name as they are too often used to bring the share count back to a more realistic number while bringing the price per share up. Then management starts diluting these more valuable shares and pushes the share price back into sub-penny land.

When used to advance a company the R/S is a very positive thing and if VRUS management are serious with staying on the path they have planned the R/S will be a very good thing and will get this stock out of the land of stinky pinkies.
