PGHEF: effective Jan. 9,2020: Cona Resources Ltd. acquired all of the issued and outstanding Shares of Pengrowth pursuant to a plan of arrangement. Shareholders (other than dissenting Shareholders) and former holders of incentive awards who receive Shares pursuant to the Arrangement, will receive, for each Share held, $0.05 in cash. Pengrowth will distribute as a dividend-in-kind, such Shareholder's pro rata share of the Litigation Trust Interests.
