I don’t disagree with what you are saying. One way or another, I feel a conclusion is in sight. I’m only saying the bond is like getting a loan against the value of your home. They’re not going to be able to sell their home & keep a loan that is no longer backed by something with value, so was only curious if you had heard something I haven’t

I’ll admit to being surprised by the potential sale of our primary assets, but that’s a business decision that is best left to management with industry experience and it only gives me hope the assessment is complete, as it’s the only way to get fair market value of the underlaying assets.

From the best of my knowledge, Clarinova would/could be/have been our only revenue stream, which could delay the audit process (but it’s my belief that they haven’t done any excavation as of yet), which would be stripped away if sold, so all is good.

But of course that does still leave us exposed as investors to the discretion of management on how they choose to work out any corporate restructuring in merging with another entity (I’ve personally exited from another investment in the past, where investors were caught holding the bag as assets were sold). There obligation to us is limited at best & there are many loopholes they can work with, so it’s prudent to evaluate how much they value penny stock investors.

I’ve been invested a long time & though I remain hopeful, this is both the most exciting and scary time to be here. The potential still is enormous, but the down side is also potentially quite large

I’ve always liked that they’ve been relatively quiet, rather than bolstering about something that they are not & can’t deliver on, but there’s still much to be seen

All the best to all longs
