H-j-oe America is not still doing business. Veal and adamson sold all rights and left over h-j-oe products completely to Korea. To a korean version scam artist like veal. h-j-oe has no license or legal right to sell any products in American.
H-joe officers will still be sued by the SEC.

The sad reality is h-j-oe share holders only have stock in a private company owned by h-j-oe veal, the korean scam version of h-j-oe is not related at all to veal or shareholders here mainly because the veal h-j-oe company was not sold in it's entirety. Just the IP and products and the right to use the name. The korean has his own logos. Veal ran with the rest of the money and had the audacity to file for BK to get himself removed from the h-j-oe debt list.

So, no, h-j-oe isn't still doing business, that is the company that the shareholders own in private stock.
