Funny you should mention this...

I sent this to IR a week or two ago and got a response:

Good afternoon,

I am inquiring as to the delay in the SEC 10-Q filings and when they will be filed.

Been a shareholder for many, many years and this is concerning to all shareholders.


I got a reply from VSPC investor relations:

"We are working on several potential deals and hope to close at least one. We are working on the 10Qs and will hopefully be filed in a month or two.

No name who it's from, that's it. The response is pathetic at best.

Soooo...I replied again...

"Actually, I am a lady, so Ma'am will work instead of 'Sir'. What kind of potential deals? The 10-Q's are over 4 months late. What is the hold up?"
