"Cheap"? They are broke, and they are in debt. No money to drill their prospects. GSPE are "cheap" 28musd market cap, with 25% of possible 418mboe prospect, and 90% of possible 200mboe, and many other prospects. In addition they have a partner and shareholder with cash= a chance to continue drilling operations.
