To the best of my knowledge OTC "PINK" companies do not have to file with the SEC and they do not have to disclose any financial information to investors. Usually companies that start up well and make progress do supply financial reports. When a Pink Sheet company continues to lag with financial reports it usually not a good sign. I'm guessing the board members are just drawing huge salaries from whatever assets and whatever income is left. That's usually how it goes until they run the funds down to zero and declare bankruptcy.
