Yes. It’s a required step. That name change to leaf of life holdings was partially done in April, 2019. They had to complete the name change in December, 2019 and now officially de-register it and change back to the original name so they can proceed with filings for current status under the name Renewable Energy & Power Inc. And then so they can change name to Lust for Life Group, or they can’t. This is a must with SEC.
