First of all, chaos, I looked today, as I always do, for insider trading, and did not find any. There is a rule that insiders may not buy or sell their shares, if a significant event is in the works, until AFTER the announcement of that event. And I think, the general waiting period for them to execute a sale or a buy, is 3 days AFTER the announcement.

Why do I check that on the Nasdaq site? Because if there ARE insider transactions, that means there is nothing coming out at any time soon, and all that we have been told might turn out to be lies.

IF for instance, the TKO insiders KNEW that there was bad news coming and they sell their shares beforehand, they could go to jail like Martha Stewart did...IF they BUY shares ahead of an annoucement, that is also insider trading...and they could be in the cell NEXT to Martha's old cell.
