Nothing... especially if those shares are restricted for a year...

Peferred shares used so there is no dilution nor voting power...

Many do not understand we own ALREADY "OWN" Sinister thru Acquisition... We own them and they are a subsidiary of IGEX... The merger is just a piece of paper recognizing that transaction... It's already done folks. DONE!
