Looks like I found the answer as to how they are paying themselves.

Page 4 of the most recent 10-Q under Cash Flows From Operating Activities states:

$74,000 in share-based compensation

So paying salaries in shares it looks like. That will increase the float as employees sell shares in order to pay their bills, and therefore, possibly lower the share price with selling pressure.

Rule #1 is never lose money.

Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
