all that volume on the ask showed up on my platform as sells...very few real buys...its an ask rinse and bid dumpathon hence no upward movement...its a scam...they put out a late filing notice but never came through!! Its over!!! good luck@!!

Delinquent SEC Reporting....most likely they are dumping before it gets revoked!!
