1) photo shoot-IMO it is not significant. posters are commenting on conversations. perhaps misunderstood. I have seen pictures of the socks (and ordered/received some as well) so I know that pictures exist and they look like the ones I received. So if the pictures are computer manipulated and not actual pictures taken with a camera then I am ok with that-that is simply today's reality.

2)ponzi scheme-- definition-- A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investing scam promising high rates of return with little risk to investors. The Ponzi scheme generates returns for early investors by acquiring new investors. This is similar to a pyramid scheme in that both are based on using new investors' funds to pay the earlier backers.

Clearly that is not what happened here

If a CEO has not accomplished stated goals/objectives does not mean fraud or ponzi scheme.

Such comments are wrong and potentially liable

Each time I buy a penny stock I have to acknowledge the risk with my brokerage firm. I suspect most if not all brokerage firms have the same procedure. So for someone to state, either explicit or implicit, that they did not know buying UATG shares was risky is not being forthright

Do not misunderstand. I am disappointed in events and the share price. But I understood the risks and invested anyway--high risk and high reward. If someone has different investment objectives then do not invest in penny stocks.
