I sent an email today to David Lazar regarding two other shell companies.

I went ahead and mentioned BISA to him in hopes he might reach out to the owners of BISA and help them find a merger candidate.

This was probably a waste of time but I figure it cant hurt to at least float the ticker in front of his face.
