I saw exactly the same thing as you said! I just don't understand why those impatient 0.0002 buyers bother to buy any shares at 0.0002 if they don't plan to hold them for at least a few months?

Anyway I would all my ACTL shares for a year at least! I'll continue to add millions and millions more dirt cheap shares at current basement price levels! My target is 0.01 ~ 0.0050 at least...
