Thats how it works, the notes convert at .000001 so they can sell at a higher Stock Price i.e .0001+ for 9,900% difference. The volume is mandated by law to be posted, regardless of the Price.

Retail can only buy to the 4th digit.

Could have been a MM cross trade but notes converting is much more likely.

No bid turd isnt going anywhere but maybe they will save those worthless shares for a rainy day lol
