Sorry if this has been covered before.. I may have missed it. It is interesting to note a timeline of announcements going back to 2016. 7/27/16 nphc announces that DVP is the new cso coming over from Omnia where he was ceo and cso. On 9/14/16 , nphc announces they have a manufacturing alliance with Omnia .. the company DVP just left/sold. Then, what you won’t see in any nphc announcement, on 11/29/16, Vigene announces they have acquired Omnia... now.... you would think all the parties involved knew all what was transpiring. One question now being, are we now allied with a company that is growing... quickly? And to what extent? Knowing too that Vigene is privately held and info is hard to come by... The terms of the acquisition of Omnia by Vigene were never publicly disclosed. Signet Healthcare Partners recently provided Vigene with several million in capital development funding. Does our cso retain a relationship with Vigene? Nphc had to deal with the obvious litigation problem and for us they have basically gone silent... no filings to work from, but no enforcement and a continuation of trading. We have expenses ......, sponsorship, a new product release and litigation costs... where is it coming from? And of course, we have that pesky confidentiality agreement as well. Lol.. thoughts for the day!

If they are not working with you..... They are working against you...
