The shares were issued by VYST. They would be held as an asset of UVFT. But if the plan was to divvy those shares out to UVFT shareholders, that hasn’t happened. And since UVFT has not disclosed any financial information since 2016 there is no balance sheet that would show the VYST stock asset on the books.

But from an accounting perspective they did appear to pay the consideration for those “assets”.
