Thank you for your interest and support of Tiger Reef, Inc. (OTC: TGRR). In answer to your question, yes, Tiger Reef is still alive and you will be seeing a few things unfold over the next several weeks.


The first thing you can look forward to seeing is Tiger Reef will be filing an amendment to its pending Regulation A documents. With the termination of the Atlas Solar LOI this should be the final amended filing before the SEC declares it “effective”. Once it is “effective” Tiger Reef will resume issuing more regular shareholder updates. Unfortunately, previous investor updates have caused significant delays with the SEC over the pending filing because Tiger Reef did not properly comply with the “quiet period” rules.
