The stock looks like a fairly new reverse merger as the most recent filing is fairly straightforward...Not much in the way of shareholders Deficit...Also, only 3,295,441 shares issued and outstanding...I will try to find some numbers regarding the float, but I would assume many of the shares are restricted and if I had to guess I would say it is around a million shares...

Stock has found a base since Reverse merger and looks like it is ready to move up!!!
