You are correct, BUT new buyers can still purchase the Divy pregnant shares from the record date holders. The only problem is that record holders of the Divy would be foolish to sell their one free Divy+ 2 warrants at these prices, or at all for that matter. 1Million EQBM shares equal 20K Soma shares trading @$4 = 80K Thousand right off the bat, not to mention the warrants.
