What does the screen say on TD when you try to buy or sell?

Back in July I was blocked from selling until I made a call and told them that if my orders were not processed the SEC would investigate...... before I hung up the phone my sell orders started executing.

I believe my screen said it was not currently accepting orders.

To this day I believe they sold me naked short shares and were scrambling to find the shares.
