The QMC CTO who still works for his own company, is keeping key IP for himself for all we know, and either owns zero equity in QMC or is not really a corporate officer.
A CTO with no skin in the game and in a position to keep key IP for himself is not the best combination for shareholders, if that's the case. Of course we don't know because of the "fuss" of the 10-K being months late.
